Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee employee discipline processes, ensuring due process and documentation accuracy
- Manage administrative case documentation and resolution procedures
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and institutional HR policies
- Conduct investigations and prepare comprehensive case reports
- Advise management on employee relations matters and policy implementation
- Develop and maintain HR compliance tracking systems
- Coordinate with legal counsel on complex employment matters
- Implement corrective actions for policy violations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years HR experience with focus on employee relations
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS and case management software
- Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills
- Certification in HR management (PHR/SPHR preferred)
- Experience in educational institution setting
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters
