- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering positive workplace culture
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Supervise HR staff performance, providing mentorship and professional development support
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation systems
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR experience with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, etc.)
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and training program development
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is advantageous
