Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure full compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing onboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits, compensation, and performance evaluation programs.
- Develop and conduct training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and organizational performance.
- Maintain accurate HR records, files, and reports, and manage HR information systems (HRIS).
- Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
