Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and manage daily HR operations, ensuring full compliance with national labor regulations and company policies.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts efficiently to maintain a harmonious workplace.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development programs.
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Organize training sessions and team-building activities to enhance workforce skills.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • Strong working knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a strong attention to detail.
