Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for project-specific roles across multiple engineering disciplines
  • Develop and implement HR policies compliant with Indonesian labor regulations and international standards
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling for project-based workforce
  • Oversee performance management systems, including KPI tracking and development planning
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance technical and soft skills for project teams
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll systems for 200+ project employees
  • Ensure HR data integrity and optimize HRIS utilization for reporting and analytics
  • Collaborate with project management to align HR initiatives with construction timelines

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles
  • Proven expertise in construction/infrastructure industry HR operations
  • Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (KUHP, BPJS, Manpower regulations)
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors or similar)
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
  • Experience managing HR operations for large-scale projects (>100 employees)
