Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for project-specific roles across multiple engineering disciplines
- Develop and implement HR policies compliant with Indonesian labor regulations and international standards
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling for project-based workforce
- Oversee performance management systems, including KPI tracking and development planning
- Coordinate training programs to enhance technical and soft skills for project teams
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll systems for 200+ project employees
- Ensure HR data integrity and optimize HRIS utilization for reporting and analytics
- Collaborate with project management to align HR initiatives with construction timelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- Proven expertise in construction/infrastructure industry HR operations
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (KUHP, BPJS, Manpower regulations)
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors or similar)
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Experience managing HR operations for large-scale projects (>100 employees)
