Tanggung Jawab

  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that align with company objectives and industry standards
  • Conduct regular market research and benchmarking analysis to ensure competitive compensation structures
  • Oversee administration of employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies regarding compensation and benefits
  • Develop and maintain job evaluation systems and salary structures across the organization
  • Analyze compensation trends and recommend adjustments to maintain competitiveness
  • Collaborate with finance department to manage compensation budgets and forecasting
  • Provide guidance and support to HR team members on compensation and benefits matters

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR with at least 3 years focused on compensation and benefits
  • Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, or CPHR) is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, particularly those related to compensation and benefits
  • Experience with HRIS systems and compensation/benefits software
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
