Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR operations, with a focus on Employee Relations and Labor Law compliance.
- Handle escalated employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
- Conduct investigations regarding workplace misconduct or policy violations.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for night shift staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining a supportive work environment.
- Coordinate with management to address workforce concerns and improve employee engagement.
- Manage payroll queries and ensure accurate HR documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in handling labor relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to work effectively during the night shift and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
