Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee employee relations programs, including grievance handling and conflict mediation
- Develop and implement HR policies compliant with DOLE regulations and company standards
- Conduct workplace investigations and recommend fair resolutions to disputes
- Facilitate communication channels between employees and management
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale
- Collaborate with recruitment and training departments for cohesive HR strategy
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure data confidentiality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years HR experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Expertise in Philippine Labor Code and HR compliance requirements
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- SHRM certification or equivalent professional accreditation preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality
