- Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all security and operational positions
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage job postings across multiple platforms and optimize candidate sourcing channels
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments to identify top-tier talent
- Collaborate with department heads to define job requirements and candidate profiles
- Implement and maintain recruitment metrics for continuous improvement
- Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance company's talent appeal
- Manage recruitment budget and vendor relationships effectively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of progressive recruitment experience in security or service industry
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Proven expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate assessment techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder management experience
- Proficiency in HRIS/ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools
- Certification in HR or talent acquisition (e.g., CPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
