Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with labor standards and company culture
- Manage employee performance through appraisals, feedback systems, and development plans
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Coordinate training programs and organizational development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, and other statutory requirements
- Lead HRIS implementation and data management for accurate record-keeping
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years progressive HR experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws (DOLE, NLRC) and HR best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in construction/manufacturing industry preferred
- SHRM or PRC-HR license certification is advantageous
