Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor regulations
- Manage employee relations through conflict resolution and performance management
- Coordinate training programs and career development initiatives
- Administer benefits programs and compensation structures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
- Lead HR administrative tasks including payroll processing and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience with supervisory exposure
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003) and HR compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience handling employee relations and conflict resolution
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
