Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various departments.
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious and productive workplace.
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and labor regulations.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll activities with high accuracy.
- Develop and implement training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and workforce planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 4-6 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably in the real estate, construction, or property development industry.
- Thorough knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven track record in handling full-cycle recruitment and performance management systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion.
- Proficient in using HRIS software, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
