We are looking for a dedicated HR Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker) to join the Risun Group team in the strategic industrial hub of Morowali. This is a key leadership role that requires bridging the communication gap between our management and workforce. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
- Act as the primary liaison for Mandarin-speaking management regarding personnel matters and cultural integration.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions effectively and professionally.
- Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement and benefits administration.
- Facilitate effective communication between international management and local staff to ensure alignment.
- Organize training programs, performance appraisals, and staff development initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (Business proficiency required) and a working knowledge of English.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR supervision or management roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and employment standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in the mining or heavy industrial sector is a distinct advantage.
