In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Malaysian labor laws. You will act as the key point of contact for Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR), handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and labor dispute resolutions. We need a strategic thinker who can foster a positive work culture while ensuring strict adherence to statutory requirements.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the full-cycle monthly payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
- Handle Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) matters, including disciplinary hearings and grievance resolutions.
- Ensure full compliance with the Employment Act 1955 and other relevant Malaysian labor laws.
- Conduct HR audits, prepare performance reports, and analyze HR metrics for management.
- Maintain accurate employee records, leave management, and attendance tracking systems.
- Collaborate with department heads to support manpower planning and recruitment initiatives.
- Coordinate with external agencies or unions on industrial relations issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR supervision, with a strong focus on Payroll and ER/IR.
- Deep understanding of Malaysian labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Proficient in using HRIS software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced industrial environment.
