KMC Solutions is seeking a dedicated HR Supervisor (TA and ER) to join our team in Alabang, Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for steering our Talent Acquisition (TA) and Employee Relations (ER) functions, ensuring we attract top-tier talent while fostering a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace culture.

As the HR Supervisor, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, from managing complex employee relations issues to designing and implementing high-impact recruitment strategies. You will ensure strict adherence to labor laws and company policies, drive performance management programs, and lead initiatives that boost employee engagement. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various departments.
  • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution, conducting investigations and ensuring fair disciplinary processes.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities and recognition programs.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and manage performance improvement plans (PIPs) to support employee development.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and provide strategic HR support.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management regarding recruitment metrics and employee data.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
