Tanggung Jawab
- Manage employee relations cases and mediate workplace conflicts
- Ensure adherence to Philippine labor laws and company policies
- Oversee HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and training
- Coordinate performance management programs and disciplinary actions
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business objectives
- Provide strategic HR support to department heads and leadership
- Conduct investigations and recommend resolutions for compliance issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience with supervisory exposure
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
- Strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Proven experience in employee relations case handling
- Certification in HR management (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
