- Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Manage employee relations programs to foster positive workplace culture and conflict resolution
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll systems ensuring compliance with labor regulations
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements
- Lead performance management processes and disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience with at least 1 year in supervisory capacity
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
