Tanggung Jawab
- Manage employee lifecycle events (probation confirmations, promotions, transfers) via SuccessFactors
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Assist in HR compliance audits and documentation preparation
- Coordinate HR-related training programs and onboarding activities
- Generate HR reports and analytics for management decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR initiatives and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR support experience with SuccessFactors proficiency
- Strong understanding of Singapore labor laws and HR regulations
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industry preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR information systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
