- Provide comprehensive HR support to employees across all departments
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
- Manage employee onboarding programs ensuring seamless integration into the company
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases in compliance with labor regulations
- Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and policy guidance
- Support performance management processes including documentation and feedback collection
- Coordinate HR initiatives including training programs and employee engagement activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of HR experience or internship in a corporate setting
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle confidential information
