Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full lifecycle of HR systems, ensuring optimal performance, data integrity, and user accessibility.
- Lead the design and execution of employee development programs, including leadership training, soft skills workshops, and technical certifications.
- Manage the annual HR development budget, performing rigorous planning, tracking, and controlling to maximize resource allocation.
- Serve as the internal consultant for business units on all matters related to HR systems and talent development.
- Implement and monitor performance management systems to drive a high-performance culture.
- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards on HR metrics for senior management review.
- Ensure all system and development activities adhere to local regulations and global company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of working experience in HR systems administration and/or HR development.
- Demonstrated experience in budget planning and controlling within HR functions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is highly preferred.
