Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate sourcing, and initial screening
- Conduct preliminary interviews and psychological assessments for potential candidates
- Support in developing assessment tools and evaluation methodologies
- Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain candidate databases
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Prepare recruitment reports and performance analytics
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
- Strong understanding of psychological assessment principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt
