Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Sant Group Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations professional to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping our workforce and fostering a positive organizational culture.

As part of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of talent acquisition, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, ensuring we attract the best talent in the market. Additionally, you will manage critical employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and maintaining high levels of employee engagement.

Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of bridging the gap between management and staff. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Manage employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and handbooks to support organizational growth.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching to managers and employees.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for specialized recruitment needs if required.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Facilitate employee engagement activities and internal communications.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or Human Resources.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations (UU Cipta Kerja).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, SAP, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
