DEPEARL is seeking a motivated HR / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Surabaya. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment and supporting broader HR functions, helping us attract, develop, and retain top talent.

You’ll collaborate closely with department heads to understand workforce needs, design effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a seamless candidate experience from screening to onboarding. This position offers the chance to shape our employer brand and contribute to a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • End‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing technical and non‑technical positions.
  • Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline through active sourcing on job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Coordinating interview schedules and providing timely feedback to candidates.
  • Supporting new employee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Assisting with HR administration, including contract management, employee records, and compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Contributing to employer branding initiatives and internal HR projects.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment for all departments, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and coordinate face‑to‑face interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the HRIS and provide regular recruitment metrics.
  • Support the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a positive introduction to DEPEARL.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including contract preparation and compliance tracking.
  • Contribute to employer branding and internal HR initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1‑3 years of hands‑on recruitment or HR experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS/ATS platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Indonesian (both written and spoken); English is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities, capable of handling multiple requisitions.
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn.
