Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management including sourcing, screening, and onboarding top-tier hospitality talent
- Develop data-driven talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Design and execute employer branding campaigns to position Finns as an employer of choice
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and create targeted hiring plans
- Implement innovative employee engagement initiatives to boost retention and satisfaction
- Manage HRIS systems to optimize talent analytics and reporting
- Oversee compliance with Indonesian labor regulations while maintaining best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience with talent acquisition focus
- Proven track record in hospitality or luxury service industry recruitment
- Expertise in ATS platforms and digital recruitment channels
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
