Tanggung Jawab
- Configure, customize, and enhance HR applications (HRIS, HCM, ATS) to align with organizational requirements
- Lead comprehensive testing cycles for HR system implementations and upgrades
- Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for HR technology platforms
- Analyze HR data to generate actionable insights and support strategic workforce planning
- Document system processes, SOPs, and knowledge base articles for HR technology solutions
- Collaborate with vendors during system integrations and software updates
- Monitor system performance metrics and recommend optimization opportunities
- Train HR stakeholders on new system features and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience implementing or supporting HR technology platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)
- Proficiency in HR analytics tools and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements in the Philippines
- Certification in HR technology (HRCI, SHRM) or data analytics preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with technical aptitude
- Experience with HR integrations and API management
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
