You will work closely with our regional HR experts to analyze data, support total rewards programs, and contribute to initiatives that drive employee engagement and retention. Tanggung Jawab

  • Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs including health insurance, performance bonuses, and allowances.
  • Assist in the collection and analysis of HR data to provide insights for rewards strategy development.
  • Maintain accuracy in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) data entry and employee documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve reward-related inquiries.
  • Assist in conducting market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Participate in the preparation of reports and presentations for the HR leadership team.
  • Contribute to the implementation of regional HR initiatives and process improvement projects.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a long-term career in Compensation, Benefits, or Generalist HR.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) for data management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for numerical detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a diverse, multinational, and collaborative team environment.
