- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees, apprentices, and outsourced staff across multiple AEON retail locations
- Develop engaging training materials including manuals, presentations, and assessment tools aligned with company standards
- Conduct regular training evaluations and implement improvements based on feedback and performance metrics
- Collaborate with store managers to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training interventions
- Manage training schedules, resources, and logistics for all assigned store groups
- Mentor and coach trainers to ensure consistent quality across all training sessions
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements affecting retail training
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in retail or supermarket environments
- Proven experience designing and delivering engaging training programs for diverse audiences
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in mentoring and coaching teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proficiency in training methodologies and adult learning principles
- Ability to work independently across multiple store locations with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems
