Are you passionate about people development and operational excellence? AEON is seeking a dedicated HR Trainer Store Group Leader to lead training initiatives at AEON Mall Deltamas - Cikarang. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive training programs for every employee, apprentice, and outsourced staff within the store group.
You will play a crucial role in enhancing employee skills, ensuring high service standards, and fostering a positive work environment. As a key member of the HR team, you will collaborate with store management to identify training needs and implement effective learning solutions that drive business performance and team cohesion.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions for store employees, apprentices, and outsourced staff.
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Collaborate with store managers to identify skill gaps and develop targeted HR development plans.
- Ensure all training activities comply with AEON’s corporate policies and labor regulations.
- Mentor and coach new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Track training progress and maintain accurate training records and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR training, retail, or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Basic knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and training methodologies.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and HR management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities.
