Tanggung Jawab
- Design and Deliver Training: Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs for all store employees, apprentices, and outsourced staff to ensure consistent service standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor employee performance and conduct training evaluations to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
- Curriculum Development: Create engaging training materials, manuals, and presentations that are relevant to retail operations and customer service.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all training activities comply with local labor laws and AEONās internal HR policies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Store Managers and HR Operations to align training goals with daily store operations.
- Mentorship: Act as a mentor to new hires and apprentices, providing guidance and support to accelerate their integration into the team.
- Feedback Analysis: Collect feedback from trainees and management to continuously refine and enhance training methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR training, retail management, or a similar operational role.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and guide a diverse team of employees.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training schedules and priorities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HR management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
