Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, implement, and facilitate onboarding and continuous training programs for all employees.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR policies to ensure 100% compliance with local labor laws and government regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, training logs, and compliance documentation.
  • Identify training needs through performance evaluations and feedback sessions to drive organizational growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and disciplinary procedures.
  • Draft and update employee handbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reflect current industry standards.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on training effectiveness and compliance status for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in HR, specifically focusing on training facilitation or compliance monitoring.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and employment regulations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead group training sessions.
  • Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
