Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and facilitate onboarding and continuous training programs for all employees.
- Conduct regular audits of HR policies to ensure 100% compliance with local labor laws and government regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, training logs, and compliance documentation.
- Identify training needs through performance evaluations and feedback sessions to drive organizational growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and disciplinary procedures.
- Draft and update employee handbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reflect current industry standards.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on training effectiveness and compliance status for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in HR, specifically focusing on training facilitation or compliance monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and employment regulations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead group training sessions.
- Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
