Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs
- Develop and execute strategies to build a positive corporate culture and enhance employee engagement
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and determine appropriate training interventions
- Create engaging learning materials and deliver training sessions using various methodologies
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements
- Collaborate with department heads to understand training requirements and develop customized solutions
- Manage the training budget and ensure efficient utilization of resources
- Stay updated on industry best practices in talent development and organizational learning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting
- Strong instructional design skills with experience developing engaging learning content
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with learning management systems and training technologies
- Proven ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and various training methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
