Tanggung Jawab

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Strong instructional design skills with experience developing engaging learning content
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with learning management systems and training technologies
  • Proven ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and various training methodologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
