In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our clinical and administrative staff's professional growth, ensuring that our healthcare team remains at the forefront of medical excellence and compassionate service.

As the HR Training Officer, you will design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive learning initiatives tailored to the fast-paced environment of a healthcare institution. You will bridge the gap between human resource strategy and operational performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety compliance, and skill mastery. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute an annual training calendar aligned with the hospital's operational and clinical goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across all hospital departments.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new medical and administrative personnel.
  • Design, develop, and update training modules, manuals, and e-learning resources.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through KPIs, feedback surveys, and performance improvements.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify skill gaps and provide targeted professional development interventions.
  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure all staff certifications and compliance requirements are up-to-date.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in training and development, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Strong grasp of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and digital learning management systems.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a high-pressure environment.
  • A compassionate mindset with a deep commitment to excellence in healthcare service.
