Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute an annual training calendar aligned with the hospital's operational and clinical goals.
- Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across all hospital departments.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new medical and administrative personnel.
- Design, develop, and update training modules, manuals, and e-learning resources.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through KPIs, feedback surveys, and performance improvements.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify skill gaps and provide targeted professional development interventions.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure all staff certifications and compliance requirements are up-to-date.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in training and development, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong grasp of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in HRIS and digital learning management systems.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a high-pressure environment.
