Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and develop a high-performing retail team through targeted training programs and coaching
- Design and implement HR initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Drive store sales growth by analyzing metrics and implementing operational improvements
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all team interactions
- Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, soft skills, and compliance
- Manage store inventory, visual merchandising, and loss prevention protocols

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years retail leadership experience with training responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and adult learning methodologies
- Proven ability to develop and execute training programs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Results-driven mindset with ability to meet sales and team development targets
- Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
