Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates
  • Handle employee onboarding, training, and development programs
  • Provide accurate Mandarin-Indonesian translation for business documents, meetings, and communications
  • Act as a cultural liaison between Chinese and Indonesian teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures compliant with Indonesian labor laws
  • Coordinate cross-cultural training sessions to enhance team collaboration

Kualifikasi

  • Fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR management or recruitment
  • Professional translation experience or certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and cultural sensitivity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
