In this position, you will be responsible for managing HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations while simultaneously providing accurate Mandarin-Indonesian translation services for business communications, meetings, and documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates
- Handle employee onboarding, training, and development programs
- Provide accurate Mandarin-Indonesian translation for business documents, meetings, and communications
- Act as a cultural liaison between Chinese and Indonesian teams to ensure smooth operations
- Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures compliant with Indonesian labor laws
- Coordinate cross-cultural training sessions to enhance team collaboration
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR management or recruitment
- Professional translation experience or certification preferred
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and cultural sensitivity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
