As an HR Uniform Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our impeccable brand image. You will be responsible for the seamless management of staff attire, ensuring that every team member looks professional and presentable, contributing to the high-quality service standard our guests expect.

You will serve as the first point of contact for staff regarding uniform needs, maintaining a clean and efficient uniform room. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the daily issuance and collection of uniforms, aprons, and accessories for all staff members to ensure correct sizing and availability.
- Coordinate with the laundry service and internal housekeeping to ensure timely cleaning, pressing, and repair of garments to maintain a pristine look.
- Maintain an organized inventory system for uniforms, tracking stock levels and reordering supplies proactively to prevent shortages.
- Ensure the uniform room and storage areas are kept clean, hygienic, and well-organized at all times.
- Assist staff with minor alterations, stitching, or adjustments to ensure a perfect fit for every employee.
- Monitor staff appearance standards during shifts and provide gentle reminders or support regarding grooming and attire.
- Assist in the onboarding process by preparing welcome packs and initial uniforms for new hires.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a hospitality, retail, or warehouse environment is a strong advantage.
- Must possess a neat, professional appearance and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse staff members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory records and track stock movements accurately.
- Basic English proficiency is required for clear communication.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as per the club's operational schedule.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to hygiene and workplace cleanliness.
