Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update HRIS (SAP/Workday) to ensure data integrity for the Australian employee base.
- Coordinate with local and regional HR teams to align workforce planning, scheduling and headcount reporting.
- Generate actionable reports and dashboards on attendance, turnover and performance metrics.
- Support the implementation of process improvements and best practices in workforce administration.
- Liaise with payroll and finance to ensure accurate salary processing and compliance with Australian employment regulations.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system setup.
- Participate in HR projects and system upgrades as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in HRIS administration, preferably with SAP, Workday or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of Australian employment law and practices is advantageous.
- Detailâoriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work in a fastâpaced, multiâsite environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
