Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain and update HRIS (SAP/Workday) to ensure data integrity for the Australian employee base.
  • Coordinate with local and regional HR teams to align workforce planning, scheduling and headcount reporting.
  • Generate actionable reports and dashboards on attendance, turnover and performance metrics.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements and best practices in workforce administration.
  • Liaise with payroll and finance to ensure accurate salary processing and compliance with Australian employment regulations.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system setup.
  • Participate in HR projects and system upgrades as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HRIS administration, preferably with SAP, Workday or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of Australian employment law and practices is advantageous.
  • Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
