As our HRAD Support Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for day-to-day office operations, ranging from procurement and facilities maintenance to complex HR administrative tasks. You will play a vital role in the employee lifecycle—from onboarding new talent to ensuring compliance with labor regulations and fostering an engaging, high-performance office culture. We are looking for an individual who excels at multitasking, possesses impeccable attention to detail, and understands the importance of HR compliance and visa administration in an IT service environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end office administration, including utility management, office supplies procurement, and facility maintenance coordination.
- Oversee the full-cycle onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and account provisioning.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure 100% compliance with local labor laws and internal company policies.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and communication programs to boost morale and retention.
- Handle visa and work permit processing for expatriate staff, coordinating with relevant government agencies.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of office equipment and services.
- Provide comprehensive support to the HR department in daily operations, reporting, and administrative workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role, preferably in the IT/BPO industry.
- Proficiency in local labor laws, government-mandated benefits, and visa/immigration processing procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with employees at all levels.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS platforms.
