Join Claymore Solutions Corporation as a strategic HRBP (Generalist) and become a pivotal force in shaping our organizational culture and driving business success. This hands-on role requires you to align HR initiatives with business objectives, ensuring our workforce is equipped to meet evolving challenges. You'll partner closely with leadership to develop talent strategies, foster employee engagement, and implement HR programs that enhance organizational effectiveness. As a key player in our HR team, you'll navigate complex employee relations, champion diversity and inclusion, and maintain compliance with labor regulations while contributing to a positive work environment where employees can thrive.
Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals and drive organizational change
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Address complex employee relations issues and provide coaching to managers on HR best practices
- Design and implement HR programs to improve employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions for talent development
- Lead compensation and benefits initiatives to maintain competitive market positioning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in an HRBP role
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and HR compliance requirements
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate organizational goals into HR strategies
- Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience implementing HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
- SHRM-CP/SCP or CIPD certification highly desirable
