Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for key positions
- Manage payroll administration with precision and ensure timely salary disbursements
- Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management
- Oversee HR administration tasks including contract management, documentation, and compliance audits
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks to enhance productivity
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for strategic workforce planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HRBP experience in logistics/transportation industry preferred
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (KUHP, BPJS) and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with cross-cultural sensitivity
- Proven problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
