Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for key positions
  • Manage payroll administration with precision and ensure timely salary disbursements
  • Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management
  • Oversee HR administration tasks including contract management, documentation, and compliance audits
  • Develop and implement performance management frameworks to enhance productivity
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for strategic workforce planning

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of HRBP experience in logistics/transportation industry preferred
  • Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (KUHP, BPJS) and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with cross-cultural sensitivity
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic environments
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
