Tanggung Jawab

  • Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational growth.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent review processes tailored to the BPO landscape.
  • Drive employee engagement strategies to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
  • Oversee performance management cycles, ensuring alignment with company goals and providing coaching to managers on performance improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and recommend solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery of HR services across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to implement best-in-class programs in learning, development, rewards, and compliance.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within the BPO industry.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, with a deep understanding of business strategy and the ability to translate it into HR action plans.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations, particularly as they apply to the BPO sector.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HR analytics, metrics, and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations cases and drive change management initiatives.
  • High level of integrity, emotional intelligence, and a passion for driving a positive employee experience.
