Tanggung Jawab

  • Strategic Partnership: Act as the primary HR contact for assigned business units, providing strategic guidance on all people-related matters to drive business performance.
  • Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and recommending appropriate actions.
  • Performance Management: Partner with leaders to drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, continuous feedback, and performance improvement plans.
  • Talent Management: Support talent review and succession planning processes, identifying critical roles and potential successors.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, diagnose problems, and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Employee Engagement: Design and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, foster a positive work environment, and reduce attrition.
  • Policy Adherence and Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with company policies, Philippine labor laws, and statutory regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist handling multiple business units.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employee relations, and HR compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and make sound recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high emotional intelligence (EQ).
  • Proven experience in managing complex employee relations issues and driving organizational change.
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and Google Workspace / MS Office Suite.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and capable of working effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
