Leslie Corporation is seeking a dynamic and strategic HRBP Officer to support the execution of human resource and organizational development initiatives within the Production function. In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic partner to Production Department leaders, driving initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and operational excellence. As an HRBP Officer, you will play a critical role in aligning people strategies with business goals, ensuring a productive and compliant work environment. Your expertise will be vital in managing talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations specific to the production environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Partner with Production Department leadership to identify HR needs and develop strategies to support business objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for production and operational roles.
  • Manage performance management systems, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives, including culture building and change management.
  • Ensure full compliance with Philippine Labor Laws and company policies within the production unit.
  • Conduct regular employee engagement activities and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver training programs for workforce development.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an HRBP, HR Specialist, or HR Generalist in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, recruitment practices, and labor regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production needs.
  • Willing to be based in Mabalacat City, Pampanga.
