- Execute HR and organizational development initiatives within production operations
- Facilitate talent management programs including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development
- Diagnose organizational gaps and implement OD interventions for production teams
- Drive employee engagement initiatives through surveys, focus groups, and culture-building activities
- Advise production managers on employee relations matters and compliance with labor regulations
- Develop and implement training programs for operational skill enhancement
- Analyze workforce metrics and provide data-driven HR recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years HRBP experience in manufacturing/production environments
- Strong knowledge of organizational development methodologies and tools
- Certification in OD, HRBP, or related field preferred
- Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and talent development
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with cross-functional leadership
- Experience implementing change management initiatives
