Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team to facilitate daily operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, payroll queries, and benefits administration.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and exiting employees.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytical dashboards to support management in data-driven decision-making.
  • Assist in organizing company engagement events and internal communication initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR administration or HRBP support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and exercise professional judgment.
