Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee driver recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
- Monitor driver performance and implement performance improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and company safety policies
- Coordinate driver scheduling and fleet utilization for operational efficiency
- Manage driver documentation, licensing, and record-keeping
- Conduct regular safety briefings and training workshops
- Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution within the driver team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in driver management or logistics HR
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian traffic regulations and transportation laws
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and fleet management software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
- Valid driver's license (Class A/B preferred)
