Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Develop and implement HR policies, training programs, and performance management systems
  • Manage general administrative functions including office operations, facilities, and procurement
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations
  • Lead budget planning and cost control for HR and administrative departments
  • Coordinate employee relations, engagement initiatives, and conflict resolution
  • Optimize administrative workflows and digital transformation projects
  • Supervise administrative staff and conduct regular performance reviews

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in HR and GA roles with supervisory experience
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Experience in budgeting, procurement, and administrative process optimization
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
