Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to secure qualified human resources matching organizational needs
- Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and development programs
- Coordinate facilities maintenance, procurement, and logistics for operational continuity
- Establish and maintain productive industrial relations with government bodies and unions
- Supervise administrative functions including office management, documentation, and compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor regulations
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance HR and GA operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR and GA experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No.13/2003) and HR best practices
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and administrative software
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to multitask and solve complex operational challenges
