Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews to attract top talent.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Administer and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in performance management, including conducting annual appraisals, coaching, and identifying training needs.
  • Support the payroll and compensation process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of employee benefits.
  • Conduct onboarding activities to integrate new hires smoothly into the Wirasindo Santakarya team.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and prepare regular HR reports for management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
