We are seeking a dynamic HRD Generalist to join our team at H-Ostel Kuta Bali. In this pivotal role, you will drive efficient HR operations while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies. You'll be the cornerstone of employee relations, resolving workplace issues with empathy and professionalism while maintaining accurate attendance records and BPJS administration. Your expertise will directly contribute to fostering a positive work environment where employees feel supported and valued.
This position requires a proactive individual who can streamline HR processes, prepare insightful reports for management, and implement best practices in talent management. You'll collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and ensure HR initiatives align with our organizational goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Manage attendance records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Handle BPJS (Jamsostek) administration and regulatory compliance
- Resolve employee issues through mediation and conflict resolution
- Prepare and submit routine HR reports to senior management
- Implement HR policies and procedures aligned with Indonesian labor laws
- Support talent management initiatives including performance evaluations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR generalist experience in hospitality sector
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and BPJS regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
