Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent aligned with business objectives
  • Design and execute employee training programs to enhance skills and career progression
  • Conduct performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement
  • Establish and maintain HR policies ensuring legal compliance and operational efficiency
  • Manage employee relations initiatives to resolve conflicts and foster positive workplace culture
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration to maintain competitive market positioning
  • Lead HR team development and mentorship programs
  • Analyze workforce metrics to inform strategic HR decisions

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulatory compliance
  • Proven experience in recruitment, training, and performance management systems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in manufacturing or export-import industry preferred
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
