Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent aligned with business objectives
- Design and execute employee training programs to enhance skills and career progression
- Conduct performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement
- Establish and maintain HR policies ensuring legal compliance and operational efficiency
- Manage employee relations initiatives to resolve conflicts and foster positive workplace culture
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration to maintain competitive market positioning
- Lead HR team development and mentorship programs
- Analyze workforce metrics to inform strategic HR decisions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulatory compliance
- Proven experience in recruitment, training, and performance management systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in manufacturing or export-import industry preferred
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
